YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
OCTOBER 2026 | GLASGOW
THE INVITATION
This training is for anyone more interested in sitting with questions than grasping for answers. For anyone who has tasted freedom on their mat and is ready for more. For all of us who take our practice seriously, and ourselves less so.
Over the course of 5 months, including a 10-day intensive immersion in Spain, you are invited to ground, expand, deepen, and condense your practice through four distinct, carefully curated modules. Together, these modules will equip you to teach and honour this sacred spiritual practice.
It is for committed and curious practitioners who want to facilitate yoga classes and transmit teachings, deepen their personal practice and self-knowledge, or current teachers who might want to build on existing training.
‘It’s a space to get weird, go deep, be imperfect, be tender and be curious; a place where learning unfolds through relationship and shared experience.’
A PEAK INSIDE
Movement
Through the movement element of the training, you’ll learn to teach vinyasa and flow with confidence — developing creative, accessible sequences for a range of bodies and contexts. You’ll build a grounded understanding of functional anatomy and explore a wide palette of yoga practices to enrich your personal and teaching pathways.
There will be dedicated space to follow what you feel drawn to: meditation, breathwork, yin, satsang, philosophy or somatic practice. We sit together in the unknown, allowing what is true to come through and trusting your unique direction as a facilitator.
Philosophy
The philosophical heart of this training is rooted in Classical Tantra, a direct-experience tradition that invites intimacy with life as it naturally unfolds through us. Rather than ideas to memorise, Tantra offers a path of embodied liberation, where your intuition, perception and lived experience are honoured as the teacher.
We’ll explore the teachings through conversation, practice and shared inquiry in a non-hierarchical space. Together, we step outside of concepts and into what is felt: the deep wisdom of the body, the clarity that arises in presence, and the joy at the core of awareness itself.
We hold the teachings with reverence, but also with playfulness, embracing the perfectly imperfect, the silly, the human.
THE IMMERSION
After our first weekend in Glasgow,
we travel together to southern Spain.
Ten days held by mountains, silence,
morning practice, warmth, land, ritual, laughter, study, spaciousness.
At the eco-farm,
we move through meditation, movement, group study,
evening practices, rest, nature, and connection.
Immersion is not a “retreat.”
It is the heart of the training.
A dissolving into practice and into each other.
A remembering of what matters most.
Full details live in the Info Pack.
“There is so much space here to feel, to be, to explore. If you feel the pull toward this training, trust it.”

FORM! x RESET
This beautiful partnership is born from years of co-teaching, shared practice, and community connection in Glasgow.
Anna and Annie have taught together since 2020 and have been part of RESET for four years. This training is rooted in curiosity, depth, intuition and humour.
What emerges between FORM! and RESET is less a curriculum and more a container: non-hierarchical, embodied, artistic, devotional.
FACILITATORS
Alongside co-lead facilitators Anna and Annie, we invite a diverse, and deeply skilled range of facilitators, teachers, guides to offer on this course as guest faculty. Part of what makes this training unique is the range of perspectives and experiences we invite in.
Our guest faculty for 26/27 will be announced shortly. See the FORM! Website below for the faculty that offered the course in its inaugural year.
