Beneath the Surface

50-Hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Glasgow | April 2026

with Jacks Keith

This training is an invitation to explore Yin yoga as more than a practice of shapes. Across two immersive weekends in the studio, you’ll discover the hidden architecture of fascia and meridians, the wisdom of seasonal cycles, and the art of teaching stillness with clarity and care.

Expect a blend of functional anatomy, traditional chinese medicine (TCM), meditation, and embodied practice. You’ll spend time in dialogue, in journaling, in community, as well as in the quiet space where Yin itself becomes the teacher.

Whether you are a yoga teacher wanting to expand your offerings or a committed practitioner ready to deepen your relationship with Yin, this training meets you exactly where you are.

Slow down. Sink in.

“Yin practice invites us to drop beneath the surface, into a field of stillness where wisdom can be felt rather than thought.”
