Our Classes
-
Yoga sits at the heart of what we offer.
Each class is shaped by the facilitator holding the space - their experience, their energy, their way of guiding.
This means no two classes are exactly the same.
We recommend reading teacher bios to find what resonates, and trusting that you’ll be met where you are.
All classes are open to all levels, with options offered throughout. A great place for those new to yoga.

Creative, rhythmic, and alive. Vinyasa weaves breath and movement into fluid sequences that are different every time - shaped by the teacher, the room, and the energy in it.
Expect āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, and meditation woven into a practice that builds strength and leaves you feeling both worked and restored.
Some yoga experience is recommended before joining a Vinyasa class.
-
Powerful movement, mindful breath.
Power Yoga is a dynamic, strength-focused practice that draws on the roots of Ashtanga and Vinyasa — building heat, stamina, and a deep connection between body and mind. Expect flowing sequences, purposeful transitions, and a practice that will genuinely challenge you.
Our studio is warm, the energy is high, and every class is an invitation to show up fully - for yourself and for the community around you.
Options are offered throughout, so you're always encouraged to honour where your body is on the day. But come ready to move, to breathe hard, and to surprise yourself.
Some yoga experience is recommended before joining this class.

This pacy, dynamic Vinyasa has a set framework of Asanas that will make you sweat and find stillness in the most dynamic poses. It's fun and playful, encouraging you to push your capabilities with options for challenge or rest. It’s a great way to begin exploring balancing on heads, arms, or hands!
Larry Schultz, the creator of The Rocket yoga class, was one of the most inspirational teachers of his time. He had trained in classical Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga under Pattabhi Jois but became frustrated when he was not allowed to move on to the Second Series and practice poses other than the Primary Series. Larry broke away from the ordered system but took many of its elements with him in his practice, which became one of the main roots of Power Yoga.
The name "Rocket" comes from one of the guitar players from The Grateful Dead, Bob Wier. Larry was touring with the band and teaching them yoga classes. After one class, Bob asked Larry what the name of the sequence was, saying it was great. Larry didn't have a name for it, but Wier suggested he call it "The Rocket!" When Larry asked why, Wier said, "because it gets you there faster!!" And it stuck instantly. Larry joked he never knew where "there" was, but he would get there faster anyway.
As you practice it, remember to honor your body's limits and trust yourself to move appropriately for your body on any given day. Although it may get you there faster, make sure 'there' is not an injury but an undefinable destination of self-love and honouring your practice.

A delicious balance of effort and ease, movement and stillness.
This class guides you through slow, intentional sequences — fluid transitions, generous holds, and plenty of space to breathe. Expect your body to soften and your mind to follow.
Perfect after a long day or a busy week, Unwind helps release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and ease you gently toward rest.
All levels welcome.

Yin Yoga is a slower style that focuses on the body's "yin" elements, such as connective tissue, ligaments, and joints. During this practice, traditional poses are held for longer periods, typically 4-6 minutes, to apply healthy stress and promote deep release. This type of yoga is beneficial for improving mobility and flexibility.
Energetically, Yin yoga is influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine, as it works with the body's meridians to support a healthy flow of Chi energy.
Please note that this class is not suitable for pregnant individuals.
Beginners welcome.

Joseph Pilates created his fitness regime to strengthen, tone, and align the entire body from the inside out. An exclusive discipline once known only to professional dancers and elite athletes, Pilates is now one of the world's fastest-growing exercise methods. Pilates mat work rebuilds core strength, toning the innermost layers of the abdominal wall, pelvic floor, and deep stabilising muscles nearest to the spine.
Continued practice results in improved posture and spatial awareness, amazing balance, and a much longer, leaner torso.
Joseph Pilates is famous for saying: “After 10 sessions, you'll feel the difference; after 20, you'll see the difference, and after 30 sessions, you'll have an entirely new body.
