Our yoga and mat Pilates classes focus on strength, mobility, breath and nervous system support through intentional movement and grounded practice.

Reformer Pilates

Small classes. High attention. Thoughtful movement.

Our reformer studio is intentionally intimate, with just 5 Balanced Body Reformers per class, allowing for a more supported experience.

  • strength and stability

  • lower-impact movement

  • guided, progressive practice

  • those wanting more individual attention
