Please read carefully before purchasing.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • All purchases made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you place an order, you accept our terms and conditions and understand that refunds are not available.

  • When you sign up for any of our Memberships, you are enrolled in a monthly subscription and auto-renew contract for 3 months minimum.

  • Payment will be deducted from your account on the purchase date each month.

  • If you wish to cancel, please email hello@resetyogaglasgow.com.

  • Memberships can be paused for up to 6 weeks annually with a 1-week notice via email to hello@resetyogaglasgow.com

  • You cannot cancel on a pause.

  • Reset Studio reserves the right to pass on the cost of any additional bank fees that may be incurred from disputed or failed transactions regarding your account.

  • Reset Studio is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements between you and your bank.

CLASS PACKS & OFFERS

  • All purchases made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you place an order, you accept our terms and conditions and understand that refunds are not available.

  • Class Packs expire from the date of purchase: Intro Offer 3 for £35 expires for one month, 5 Class Packs expire for two months, and 10 Class Packs expire for three months. A one-time drop-in pass is valid for one month from the date of purchase.

  • Prepayment is required for all class bookings. Classes will be automatically deducted from your class packs, or you can purchase individual classes using a credit or debit card. If you cancel a booking up to 6 hours in advance, your class will be credited back to your account if you paid with a class pack.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, but in order to keep things fair for everyone and to honour the time of our teachers, we have cancellation windows in place:

  • MAT MEMBERSHIPS - We have a 6-hour cancellation policy for all members.

  • REFORMER MEMBERSHIPS - We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all members.

  • If you cannot attend a class, please log into your account here before the cancellation window and cancel your booking. Doing so will give you a class credit, which you can use to book your preferred next class. If you prefer a refund instead, please email hello@resetyogaglasgow.com.

  • Late cancellations made after the cancellation windows will not be credited or refunded.

  • Unused classes cannot be refunded, and extensions will not be granted.

  • Our timetable and monthly rates are subject to change. We will provide 30 days' notice for any price adjustments.

  • Workshops and courses do not offer refunds. However, if we cancel a workshop, you will be fully refunded.


LATE CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS:

  • Mat Memberships: £5 charge per session.

  • Reformer Memberships: £10 charge per session.

  • Charges will be applied to the card on file.

    These fees help us cover teacher time, reserved spaces and equipment, and ensure other members have the chance to book into class.

    We also know that sometimes emergencies, technical issues, or genuine unforeseen circumstances arise. In those cases, please reach out; we’ll always look at waiving or adjusting fees where appropriate. Members are also entitled to one courtesy waiver per membership year.

    LATE ENTRY

  • Please note that late entry is not permitted. Our classes start on the dot, so make sure you are on your mat at least 5 minutes before the class begins.

  • If our door is closed, then our class has begun. Please refrain from knocking or opening the door during class.

  • You will not be refunded or transferred for late entry.

  • Some of our teachers may allow a 3-4 minute grace period, during which the door will remain open. However, at the discretion of our teachers, you may be refused entry once the door is closed, and the final decision rests with them. 

REFORMER SPECIFIC

  1. Cancelltion Policy:
    We have a 12-hour Cancellation Policy for the Reformer Studio. Any late cancellations will result in a £15 cancellation fee on all Memberships.

  2. Footwear & Grip Socks:

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks are required for all Reformer classes. If needed, they can be purchased at the studio

  3. Safety and First-Timers

    • For safety reasons, first-time clients are strongly encouraged to attend an Essentials Reformer class before booking regular classes.

    • Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.

  4. Health & Fitness Requirements:

    • Participating in Reformer Pilates confirms you have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy to your instructor before the session.

    • If you have any concerns regarding your physical health, please consult your doctor before participating in Reformer Pilates.

  5. Reformer Class Packs Expiry

    • 3 for £45 Intro Offer expires in one month.

    • 5-Class Reformer Packs expire in two months.

    • 10-Class Reformer Packs expire in three months.

  6. Reformer Membership Extra Terms

    • Unused Reformer membership classes do not roll over into subsequent months.

  7. Equipment Care:

    • Students are responsible for following instructors' guidance when adjusting or using Reformer machines. Misusing the equipment will result in removal from class and the studio.

WAITLISTS

You can now accept or decline being added to a class from the waitlist.

How It Works:

  • After a spot becomes available in a fully booked class, we will text the first person on the waitlist to inform them about the opening. Once the message is sent, there will be a 30-minute window to either accept or decline the spot. If the spot is declined or missed, the opportunity will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Simple.

  • You will receive this notification by email if you don’t have a number associated with your Reset account. We highly recommend adding your number so you don’t miss out on classes you’re looking forward to.

  • The waitlist will close 60 minutes before the class start, and no one will be contacted after this time. We have also increased our waitlist capacity to 10 spots.

  • If you cannot attend, please cancel your booking at least 6 hours before the class starts.

  • Waitlist bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • To redeem your voucher, choose the Membership or Offer you wish to purchase and enter the gift card number at the PROMO CODE box during checkout.

  • It's a good idea to use the full amount for any available offers. For example, if your gift voucher is worth £35, please purchase Intro Offer 3 for £35 instead of 3 single classes.

STUDIO COURTESY

  • Mobile Phones:
    Students and Facilitators are now prohibited from filming during classes. Please avoid using your mobile phone to film or take photos of your practice. Taking photos or filming other people without their full consent is also prohibited. Instead, focus on being present in the space and not worrying about how your body looks. You are welcome to bring your mobile phone to the studio, but please ensure it is on silent mode and use it only before and after practice.

  • Corridor is a quiet zone:
    We have neighbours who could be in meetings or students in Savasana, so please limit noise in the corridor. Should you wish to catch up with friends, head to our kitchen/social area.

  • Keep the Environment Clean: Props and equipment must be used carefully and returned to their designated places after use. Any spills or messes should be reported to the staff immediately.

  • Feedback: We welcome feedback and suggestions to improve our classes and services. Please feel free to share your thoughts with us after class or email us at hello@resetyogaglasgow.com

AGE RESTRICTION:

You must be 18 years or older to attend all classes at Reset Studio.
