A Day at Sea

One afternoon, we’ll board our own private wooden boat “Oasi” and set out along the coastline of Pantelleria.

For 5–7 hours, we’ll explore the island from the water, passing volcanic cliffs, hidden coves and the island’s most iconic natural swimming spots.

We’ll stop to swim in crystal-clear water, drift beneath lava rock formations, and share lunch at sea.

If the weather allows, we’ll circle the entire island, experiencing Pantelleria in its most elemental form.

This is not any group excursion.
It’s a private day on the water, just for us.

Your Hosts

Rach and Jules met long before they were yoga teachers. They trained together, grew together, and found their way into this work side by side.

Over time, life intertwined even more. Rach met Jules’ brother, Jules became auntie to Rach’s children, and what began as a friendship became family. There is shared history, shared values, and a shared love for creating experiences together.

What they share is rooted in love, honesty and genuine connection. This retreat is an extension of that.

  • Reset was born from a desire to create spaces that feel like an exhale. Spaces where movement isn’t about performance, but about presence. Over the past few years, alongside growing two babies and two studios, I’ve learned that the most powerful practice is often the simplest one: coming back to yourself.

I’m deeply drawn to experiences that bring us closer to what feels true. For me, retreat is about stepping away from the duties of everyday life and remembering the abundance of beauty and presence that exists in the world.

It’s conversation over long dinners, morning light on the mat, salt in your hair, and that subtle internal shift that happens when you finally give yourself time.

I care deeply about how people feel in a space. Held, seen, unrushed. My intention is that you leave not just rested, but clearer. Reconnected. With a deeper trust in yourself and a renewed gratitude for life.

It would be an honour to hold this space for you.rience together.

  • For me, retreats are more than just relaxation. They’re a reconnection to a deeper part of ourselves that sometimes gets lost in the noise. I love creating environments that support that return. It genuinely lights me up!

I’ve been part of the Reset family from the beginning (an OG), and for the past few years, I’ve been living between Scotland, Sri Lanka, and India. During this time, I’ve been teaching and studying yoga and sound, constantly learning, growing, and squeezing in a little surfing in between. I’m endlessly curious about how movement, sound, and stillness can help us find ease in a pretty chaotic world.

I don’t believe retreat is about fixing yourself or becoming someone new, you’re already bloody wonderful as you are. For me, it’s about stepping out of the noise and giving yourself enough space to breathe, soften, and connect with incredible souls along the way.

What I care about most is how people feel in a space. Comfortable. Welcome. Held, but free.

My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected. Not just to yourself, but to the place, to your yoga practice, to the people, and the memories we create together.

I’ve been organising and hosting retreats for the past five years, so you're in safe hands. You can expect an experience that’s carefully curated, shaped by movement, sound, conversation, good food, and plenty of beauty.

I honestly can’t wait. If this speaks to you, I’d love to share this time with you.

  • We offer a seasonal, farm-to-table menu, grounded in Sicilian culinary heritage and shaped by exceptional ingredients from our own farms in Pantelleria and Salemi, as well as local producers.

We have adapted our menus to a wider range of diets in order to be able to please our international clientele traveling the world to meet us. Our mission is to keep the intergrity of our Cucina Siciliana, adapting to certain diets.

  • Pantelleria isn’t known for sandy beaches. Instead, the island offers volcanic coves, lava rock swimming platforms and natural sea pools.

Just a short walk from Parco dei Sesi, you’ll find beautiful rock pools for swimming - clear, calm water surrounded by dark volcanic stone. Some describe it as feeling like swimming on the moon.

We’ll also explore other swim spots during the week, including time along the coastline by boat.
