Your Hosts and Friends

  • Hey, I’m Jules, and I am so excited to be your host for the first Reset retreat on the magical island of Sri Lanka! I’ve been hosting my own retreats and been part of the Reset family since the beginning; I recently took a break to travel to Sri Lanka and India. My heart is full from travels and visiting the home of yoga, I have never witnessed such devotion, I honestly can’t wait to share with you. I intend to create a sacred space where you can fully relax, experiment, grow, connect and create memories. I share yoga directly from the heart and aim to inspire, empower and promote a sense of wholeness through my teachings. I hope you explore your own practice in a very gentle way and delve deeper into the journey with the self through movement, sound, and softness. I’ve found my personal retreat experiences to be truly transformational, and I’m so happy to create a similar experience for you!

  • Hey, I’m Nola! I’ll be your assistant host next to my good pal, Jules. A retreat in such a holy world, steeped in tradition, has always been a dream of mine, so I can’t wait to share this first with you all! Yoga has been in my life for as long as I can remember. I took a few years off here and there but knew I’d return to the practice when it felt right. Then a few years ago I found my yoga home and community with Reset. I’ll bring playfulness, guidance and exploration to the retreat and my classes. This allows you to immerse yourself fully in the space, take what you need, and know you are safe and welcome just as you are.

  • A special retreat excursion will see us visit the incredible Hoo Temple for a unique sound experience with friends Pegah & Yazdan - YAR.

After years of continuous effort, with extensive study and research in the field of music and art, knowledge about frequencies and the effect of the sound waves on the mind and body, living in nature, meditating and deepening into the meaning of human and soul, Pegah & Yazdan created YAR.

YAR designs and builds unique instruments. They compose music that causes a sense of peace and gratitude, is aligned with nature, and is connected and related to ancient sounds, ancestral wisdom, and knowledge of shamanic healing.

In this profound healing experience, YAR will guide us on a beautiful journey with sound using the medicine of cacao.

The kitchen is open plan, meaning our cooks are on display as they prepare each meal. We can support your dietary requirements if you let us know in advance.

Down Time
