Yoga and Mat Pilates sessions require a cancellation notice of 6 hours.
For Reformer classes, a minimum of 12 hours' notice is necessary for cancellations.
Please be aware that late cancellations or no-shows will result in charge of £5 to all Memberships.See our full terms and conditions here.

Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 6 weeks per year — just email us to arrange.

For best results, we recommend 2-3 classes per week. However, even once a week can make a noticeable difference in your strength, mobility, and posture.

We are excited to announce that pre- and postnatal Reformer classes will soon be available. These classes will be tailored specifically for those expecting or recently giving birth.
Please note that Reformer or mat Pilates is generally not recommended for pregnant individuals; however, our pre- and postnatal Reformer classes are specifically designed to meet your needs.
In the meantime, please get in touch with us if you are pregnant and would like advice on safe options.
