Deepening Practice

Continued Personal Development Trainings for Yoga Teachers

FORM! x RESET present
30 and 60 Hour CPD Trainings

We invite existing yoga facilitators and teachers to step into our innovative 250 Yoga Facilitator Training, to deepen their practice, expand their knowledge and sharpen their facilitation skills.

We have space for five teachers to join us for continued professional development, bankable for 30 or 60 Yoga Alliance (YACEP) accredited hours. These teachers will be able to join sessions with our incredible guest faculty and will have dedicated mentorship time as a cohort with Anna Hodgart and Annie Faichney to discuss their current facilitation practice and the areas in which they wish to develop.

How to Join

There are two ways of joining the training. A 30 hour option, or 60 hour option. The 60 hour option includes all of the following. For the 30 hour option, the required components are shown at the end of the programme below.

Karma Yoga + The Teacher

Dr Ranjana Thapalyal
Sunday 4 October 5pm - 8pm

A wide-ranging session introducing non-duality as philosophy and a view within the context of Indian culture and history. And from there exploring what ‘right action’ as a teacher might look like.

Annie Faichney + Anna Hodgart
Sunday 22 November 1pm -5pm

A 3-hour workshop for teachers and facilitators exploring hands-on assists as an invitational way to deepen, support and expand the experience of asana in practice. We’ll consider body-reading, accessibility, refining how you observe, and offer hands-on touch to meet different bodies with sensitivity and care.

Body Positive + Accessible Yoga

Gillian Wilson
Sunday 6 December 1pm-3pm

At the heart of Gillian’s teachings is a desire to make yoga accessible to everyone regardless of gender, age, race, ability, body shape or size - to provide a space where all bodies are celebrated and respected and she is particularly interested in supporting those in bigger bodies those who struggle to find their way within mainstream yoga culture. In this session she will outline practical ways to realise this in classes.

Pregnancy + Yoga

Annie Faichney
Sunday 6 December 4pm-8pm

This workshop is an introduction to supporting pregnant students in your yoga class. We will explore how pregnancy may affect physical ability at different stages, including hormonal and structural shifts and changes in balance and stability. You will leave with the knowledge to adapt asana for all trimesters, an understanding of what is happening in the body and how it might affect practice, and the confidence to create a safe, empowering environment that respects both student autonomy and your teaching needs.

the Energy Body

Anna Hodgart
Saturday 19 December 1pm - 8pm

The energy or subtle body is a rich and dynamic facet of our embodied experience. Its terrain has been mapped and charted by yogis over thousands of years, and offers a potent way in to where the landscapes of body - mind - soul meet, mingle, layer.
