Soft and gentle practice celebrating our vital (and sometimes tender) lower back area. Working with the connective fascia tissue in our hamstrings and incorporating supine twists to release any niggles in our spine.

My favorite class to date. I had an uncomfortable week for no reason, my mind felt confused, and my body was tired. This is what emerged from it.

60 mins twisting flow. Expect lots of high lunges, revolved everything and every prop.

I've had a few people requesting a little rundown of Wheel pose - Urdhva Dhanurasana. Please, please ensure you are FULLY warmed up in backbends, core work, and arm strengthening postures prior to doing Wheel pose. Also, watch to the end to ensure the safest exit of the pose. YEEHAAA.
