  • We believe in interlacing all traditions and styles of Yoga with our teachers' individual flavours to help create a much more rounded experience and offering.

We encourage our teachers to explore, inspire and share their personalities and experiences with the tools of Yoga. This open-level class is a lovely place for those without Yoga experience.

Please read our teacher’s bios here for more on their class styles and what to expect.

These classes are suitable for beginners.

Those who are pregnant with daily practice can also attend if they know how to modify it.

  • ”Vinyāsa” in Sanskrit means to place in a special way (vi + nyasa)

It is an intelligent step-by-step progression of a sequence of actions. It means progression, custom, method, cause, and strength. These practices will include asana, pranayama, bandha, and mudras and require consideration of the gunas, the doshas, pranic effects in poses, etc.

It is not recommended for beginners or pregnant individuals to attend this class. We suggest trying out our Yoga classes to determine your skill level before attempting these classes.

  • Yin is a much slower style of Yoga that works physically with the ‘yin’ elements of the body, such as connective tissue, ligaments and joints. We hold traditional poses for longer, sometimes 4-6mins to place healthy stress and encourage deep release. Great for aiding more mobility and flexibility.

Energetically, Yin is influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine, working with the meridians to encourage a healthy flow of Chi.

    Suitable for Beginners.

This class is not suitable for those who are pregnant.

We invite you to join us on Friday and Sunday evenings for a rejuvenating 90-minute practice that seamlessly blends your favourite Vinyasa and Yin styles. You'll experience a deep release of tension and feel more grounded and centred. This is also one of our communities's favourite classes.

  • The ultimate chill. Get ready to restore your body (and your mind) completely. This class is a mix of restorative yoga, self-massage, myofascial release and gentle stretching. We'll use every prop to release tissue tension and end with gentle guided meditation. The perfect antidote to hard trainings sessions and life meltdowns. It’s the complete reset experience and our favourite at the moment!

Beginner and Pregnancy-friendly (even better with a friend, too).

  • Rocket Yoga is dynamic and energetic. The practice that combines a set framework of Asanas to make you sweat and find stillness in dynamic poses. It's a fun and playful practice that encourages you to challenge yourself or take rest when needed. The goal is to explore balancing on heads, arms, or hands.

Rocket Yoga was created by Larry Schultz, a highly inspirational teacher, in San Francisco in the 80's. Larry trained in classical Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga but was frustrated when he couldn't move on to the Second Series and practice other poses. With Larry's rebellious spirit, he broke away from the traditional system but incorporated many of its elements into his practice, which became a foundation for Power Yoga.

The name "Rocket" originated from a suggestion by one of the guitar players from The Grateful Dead, Bob Weir. Larry was teaching yoga to the band, and after a class, Bob asked for the name of the sequence. Larry didn't have one, so Bob suggested calling it "The Rocket" because it gets you there faster. Larry embraced the name, even though he didn't know exactly where "there" was.

While it may help you progress quickly, it's important to listen to your body and respect your limits. Avoid pushing yourself to the point of injury and instead focus on self-love and honoring your practice as you journey towards your own unique destination.

  • Joseph Pilates created his fitness regime to strengthen, tone, and align the entire body from the inside out. An exclusive discipline once known only to professional dancers and elite athletes, Pilates is now one of the world's fastest-growing exercise methods. Pilates mat work rebuilds core strength, toning the innermost layers of the abdominal wall, pelvic floor, and deep stabilising muscles nearest to the spine. Continued practice improves posture, spatial awareness, fantastic balance, and a much longer, leaner torso. Joseph Pilates is famous for saying: “After ten sessions, you'll feel the difference; after 20, you'll see the difference, and after 30 sessions, you'll have an entirely new body.

It is not recommended that beginners or pregnant individuals attend this class. We suggest trying out our Pilates Beginners classes to determine your skill level before attempting these classes. Prenatal Pilates is coming soon.
